You are responsible to cancel your appointment if you are unable to make it with us 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you cancel after this period you will be charged the full amount of your service in which is booked.
Reminder emails are sent out 36 hours prior for you to cancel within the 24 hours no fee period.
This same rule applies for NO SHOWS.
